What are your fees?

I offer a free initial 20 min assessment  session via phone or Skype, where you can ask any questions about counselling, life coaching and the services I offer. If you decide to start counselling sessions it will cost £50 per 50 min session.  Block bookings (6 sessions) cost £45 per session when paid in advance.

What is Therapeutic Coaching?

A trained Counsellor can add Coaching training to their practice. This enables the Threapeutic Coach to look at the client's past as well as helping them to look at patterns of behaviour which may need some redressing. Future goals can be agreed and support is offered to clients  to make positive changes.

I have consulting  rooms which I use in Bagshot and also some availability in Windsor.
